Craft Cannery built a reputation by producing perfectly balanced sauces, dressings, oils, marinades, and everything delicious for other popular brands. In 2023, they decided to take their experience and obsession with careful cooking to launch their own line of sauces.
The Mission
Come up with an unforgettable brand that would stand out on the grocery shelf and belong in your favorite farmers market.
The Insight
We noticed that Craft Cannery has a philosophy when it comes to cooking. They are aggressively patient as they slow-simmer each sauce to allow the freshness of the ingredients and unique blend of spices to gradually develop and show up at the mouth party. As an agency, we believe that “Slow down!” is more than something Karens yell at speeding motorists. No, it’s a counterbalance to a culture that’s obsessed with cutting corners. Slowness is what we all crave right now.
And that’s why we named their home brand…

Our design approach was playful, versatile, and gooey graphic. We chose highly saturated colors and designed the logo with dramatic distortions so it drips with flavor.
